I’m a product designer with a generalist skillset and a strong point of view. Over the last decade and a half, I’ve helped craft cohesive products, experiences, and design systems in diverse environments.

Squarespace

Most recently, I was Staff Designer at Squarespace, working on the design system that powers the web platform. While expanding the system through the design of complex components, I also helped guide the customer-facing experience, led new workstreams for the systems team, and shaped ways of working across the org.

Tables are the basis of most Squarespace features outside of the web editor. This major redesign of tables in the design system had far-reaching impact on the product.

Internal designer experience research

I designed and led internal user research that helped define the Design Platform team’s roadmap for the next year.

I rebuilt our Figma tooling from the ground-up with a focus on designer experience and more successful collaboration with engineers.

Stitch Fix

I joined Stitch fix to design and launch their consumer design system, Mode, which was widely adopted across web, iOS, and Android. The design system became an important lever for advancing the quality of client experience, and I was able to lead not only the design of our product experience northstar but also important team culture initiatives.

I led the design and adoption of Stitch Fix’s consumer design system, helping the team not only achieve greater consistency and efficiency but also move the product experience forward.

I was a lead designer on this project to shape the future vision for Stitch Fix as a product and business, with the VP of Design, head of Product, and CEO as direct stakeholders.

Inclusive design experience principles

As part of my commitment to design team culture, this project established new design principles supported by a practical toolkit for use across the entire Product organization.

Queer Design Club

I care deeply about diversity, equity, and inclusion in design. Motivated by the lack of LGBTQ+ visibility in the field, I co-founded Queer Design Club, an online community with over 3k members and a talent directory featuring over 1.6k profiles.
